what are the open source wallets that we could use?
use case = we get 500 refugees coming in to town, many don’t have ID - we can register them, give them a paired down digital wallet, and have them be integrated in to an online bank or dao of some sort where donations could be registered and managed through participating local non-profits, distribute funds etc… this could be a great way to connect them in to the community generally.
alternate use case = homeless in town could be able to get a certain amount of $$s per day to buy food and such and we’d like to provide them with ids as well
