It’s time for another $BRIGHT airdrop. 
This one will go out to members of the BrightID community on Gardens v2.
BrightID had the largest community on Gardens v1 and we can do it again for Gardens v2.
Here’s the deal: if in 6 months (from the day we approve this proposal), BrightID has the largest community on Gardens v2, BrightDAO will airdrop N total $BRIGHT divided equally among the first M community members. The values of N and M will be determined by a median vote open to anyone with Aura verification level 1 or higher. The median vote can run until the 6 months is up and whatever the current median values are at that time will be used.
