A lot of users are asking when they will be verified/why they are not verified etc.
What do you think of providing a status page where the user can see the progress of his verification?
I don’t have enough insight into the current verification algo, so I’m not sure what exactly we can display. But it might already be an improvement to show 3 states:

“Calculating verification status”
when we don’t know yet if the user will be verified, so this will be shown while the scorer etc. are running -
"Could not verify - Please take these actions in order to get verified: "
This would be shown when the calculation is finished, and the user failed to get verified. -
“You are verified”
This could be both available on the web and in the BrightID app.
