The phone app was just loading a blank screen and so i deleted and reinstalled it. Now its telling me i need to do recovery by verifying with two original contacts. I originally just did one of the verification calls and don’t remember who all verified me. Is there a way for me to figure out who verified me so that i can reach out to them and request them to help me recover my account?
You need to have set up social recovery Social Recovery - BrightID to be able to recover your account.
@castall is there a way to use an explorer or something to see if thats something i setup? and if so can i find who i setup for that?
If you’re not sure, the best idea is to start over with a new account (create account, not recover) and when you start to add recovery connections, make careful note of who you choose.
